The radiator I have is out of my last Mustang that got totaled ('85' 5.0).  I mounted it to the frame so I could remove the front sheet metal without

disconnecting hoses.

The water pump is a Meziere electric.  It has no provision for a bypass hose, so after a little research I decided to try a 160 degree thermostat with about

8 holes drilled in it to allow some water flow when closed.

I made my radiator 'hoses'  from 1.5" aluminum tubing.  I purchased pre-bent sections from Racecraft Inc.  I cut and welded as necessary then rolled a

bead on each end.  I cut straight and 90 degree sections from stock radiator hoses to use as couplers for each end.
